An imaginative curator, advisor, educator, and writer, Mallory Ruymann navigates the art world with both a philosophical and practical understanding of the role artists play in shaping contemporary discourse. With over 20 years of experience, Ruymann's recent writing has appeared in Sculpture Magazine and Boston Art Review, and recent curatorial projects include exhibitions at Boston University Art Galleries and Abigail Ogilvy Gallery Los Angeles. She serves as Co-President of the Board of Directors at Boston Art Review and as Co-Chair of the Acquisitions Committee for Tufts University Art Galleries.

Natalie Lemle headshot

Natalie Lemle's cross-sector background includes work in advertising, museums, and startups. Prior to founding art_works, she worked in corporate relations at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. She is a trustee of the ICA / Boston, Co-Chair of the Boston Public Art Triennial's Board of Directors, and a board member of the Associates of the Boston Public Library, which oversees the library's extensive special collections. She also writes fiction—her first novel, Artifacts, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2026.

Sabine Gilbert headshot

Sabine Gilbert is an art advisor and writer with a practice informed by multilingual and cross-cultural research, critical writing and editing, and public engagement. She holds an M.A. in Art History from McGill University in Montreal, where she began her career in academia by developing innovative courses aimed at rethinking art historical discourse. Since then, Sabine has worked with galleries and at international art fairs. Grounded in deep curatorial knowledge and a commitment to equity in the arts, Sabine is particularly invested in supporting underrepresented voices in contemporary art.

Arlo Winokur headshot

Arlo Winokur is a lover of art history whose passion for contemporary art and museum science was sparked by their college studies and countless hours spent in Boston's museums. They hold a BA in Visual Media Arts with a Minor in Art History from Emerson College in Boston. While pursuing their degree, Arlo worked at the ICA / Boston and interned at Abigail Ogilvy Gallery in Los Angeles. Having recently graduated from college, Arlo is particularly enthusiastic about helping foster the development of their contemporaries – young artists transitioning from school environments into establishing careers.
