HARD ‘N’ SOFT
This Los Angeles exhibition was the product of a collaboration between art_works, Abigail Ogilvy Gallery, and Brodin Gallery — three organizations across two coasts, each united by a commitment to artist-centered practices, curatorial rigor, and the belief that how art reaches the public matters as much as the work itself.

Cicely Carew: Celebration
During the era of isolating lockdowns and social distancing in 2020, many sought comfort in the hope that we would gather together again. Celebration comprised a site-responsive installation embodying hope by highlighting The Commons as a space bringing people together. As the possibility of gathering returned to our lives, the exhibition reminded viewers of the power of togetherness and the fundamental joy of being in community.

ART @ CURIO
In partnership with Workflow, art_works curated an immersive pop-up exhibition exploring how a group of Boston-area artists approach the complexity of their surroundings in both urban and natural environments. A portion of the proceeds directly benefited Boston Art Review.
